Travis Barker showed off his surprisingly quick recovery from pancreatitis Tuesday when he stopped by his recording studio.
The 46-year-old drummer looked like he was back to normal as he entered the building, which is located in Calabasas near the home he shares with his wife Kourtney Kardashian, 43.
He was discharged from hospital just days earlier after suffering the “life-threatening” condition last week, which appears to have been caused by an endoscopic procedure he underwent last Monday.

Travis got out of his big black Mercedes G Wagon, which he parked right in front of the entrance.
He opted for a standard casual look for his studio trip with black pinstripe pants and matching black sneakers with heeled socks.
The drummer emphasized her punk rock authenticity with a black t-shirt that seemed to hark back to hardcore band DOA’s 1990s tour, with “Murder” printed below the band’s logo in block letters.

As he sauntered to the entrance, he received a warm greeting from one of his buddies, who was wearing a matching black look with a shirt from classic punk band The Misfits.

The lovebirds appeared to be in high spirits following the punk rocker’s health crisis as they rocked out to Bruno Mars’ 2010 single Grenade in a video from the drive that Kourtney posted to her Instagram Stories.

In her videos from one of her rides, Kourtney wore a black, wide-brimmed Prada hat, which he held down with her hand to keep it from blowing away in the wind, even though it had a cord under her chin.
She looked relaxed and casual in a white tank top over a black bikini top, along with a black shrug that covered her arms and shoulders.
Penelope wore a tan tracksuit with a baseball cap peeking out from under the hood, while Reign wore a white graphic tee and jean shorts.
Travis had been hospitalized a week earlier with “life-threatening pancreatitis,” which he said appeared to have been caused by an endoscopy he went to on Monday last week.

“I went for an endoscopy on Monday and felt great. But after dinner I went into excruciating pain and have since been hospitalized,” he wrote on his Instagram Stories on Saturday.
“During the endoscopy I had a very small polyp removed in a very sensitive location that would normally be treated by specialists and unfortunately damaged a critical pancreatic drainage tube. This resulted in severe, life-threatening pancreatitis.”
In conclusion, he shared how “very, very grateful” he was that he was “doing much better” after the “intensive treatment”.
In her own social media statement, Kourtney wrote, “Oh what a scary and emotional week this has been. Our health is everything and sometimes we take for granted how quickly it can change. Travis and I went for a routine endoscopy together and he ended up with severe, life-threatening pancreatitis.
She continued: “I am so thankful to God for healing my husband, for all your prayers for him and for us, for the overwhelming outpouring of love and support. I am so touched and grateful.
“I am so grateful to our specialists, doctors and nurses at Cedars Sinai for taking such wonderful care of my husband and I during our stay.”
In a follow-up post, she wrote, “It’s crazy how sometimes words can never really express the gratitude or feelings I have inside.”
