It comes as Pixie said she feared her wedding would ‘never happen’ after they have been forced to cancel their big day several times throughout the Covid pandemic.

The hitmaker has engaged to Oliver on the steps of St Paul’s Cathedral in 2016 but only managed to get married on Monday, after three cancellations.

She said: “We moved the date a total of three times – I felt like it would never happen!”

But they finally managed to exchange their vows in a lavish ceremony at Ely Cathedral in Cambridgeshire where she was ‘blown away’ by the architecture.

Pixie told Vogue: “I was blown away by it. I love the old buildings, the history and the architecture. The long driveway lends itself to drama!

‘I [also] I love Schiaparelli and I think Daniel is amazing. I wouldn’t have wanted someone else to make my wedding dress – it’s like a dream come true!

She then revealed that once she picked the design for the ivory silk crepe and double satin dress from a sketch, she had to keep it a secret from everyone but her mother, and the pair “cried eyes” during an early edit.

Pixie revealed, “I kept it a secret, even from my best friends. It looks like a very Schiaparelli shape, but at the same time it feels unique. The first time I put it on, I cried, and so did my mother!

Pixie said she and Oliver wanted to wait for an official ceremony and not “stuck” one into their schedules.

She explained, “I didn’t want to do it when there were restrictions and we couldn’t invite everyone we wanted because of the rules.

“I wanted to wait until we can have the big party – our wedding is going to be a big party.”

Notable guests in attendance included Sabrina Elba, Emma Weymouth, McFly’s Danny Jones and his wife Georgia Horsley, and TOWIE’s Tom Pearce, with photographers snapping them walking towards the scenic spot.
