90-Day Fiancé Pedro Jimeno reportedly filed for divorce from Chantel Everett on May 27 after their six-year marriage “broken apart beyond recovery.”
The 30-year-old Dominican also filed an urgent motion, asking the judge to make the 31-year-old Atlanta native pay back the $257,000 she transferred from her joint business account to her personal account in April .
A source told TMZ on Thursday, “The judge denied Pedro’s request for an urgent hearing but said the court will schedule a hearing at a later date to resolve the issue.”

“I want kids, of course I want kids, but not with Chantel right now,” realtor Laura Delgado said in a confessional during the June 27 episode.
