Anonymous, 3 hours agoIf it can indeed take full 200MP photos, I’m hoping the storage will start at at least 256GB.Yes, I’m waiting for the 256GB version, but it’s not available at all in my country. But curved display. Must wait for Moto Edge 40 Pro or One Plus 10T/Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition.

He will probably use the 600MP 1″ in 2024.

I hope it’s as good as the vivo x30 pro is for me now. The UW camera is a marvel.

Anon95, 4 hours ago“The sensor size of the X30 Pro is the same as Samsung’s 200MP ISOCELL HP1” Yes, that’s … moreI like that this phone has camera software optimized to take full advantage of the sensor and that the phone itself is well supported with several major OS upgrades and five years of security patches. Thank you for not shipping another e-waste product to Lenovo.

Not that you’d want it anyway, size isn’t even the biggest issue, but the fact that these full-resolution photos look worse than those in the bins is often, if not always, a thing with any brand.

I wonder what the output will look like, 20mpx makes sense to me, but so does 40mpx.

And then there’s the price, what will that be and what else will make this phone better than the Edge 30 Pro, because the Edge 30 Pro with 256GB and 12GB RAM costs €698 (as of today, the introductory price here was €799 €). for) in my country, so the X30 Pro (“Edge 30 Ultra?”) would have to step up a bit

No ultrawide on a phone with a focal length as limiting (but also useful) as 35mm? hard pass. Still, excited to see how it goes.

Yext, 3 hours agoStop hating on a phone that doesn’t exist yet.I was talking about the sensor, but okay🤷🤷

the largest oil painting.
I bet they capture in JPEG and eat up your storage space even more. I hope it wouldn’t be 128GB as the base model. 256 is pretty decent for this huge oil painting

M

Even if the sensor is not as big as that of the Xiaomi flagship, I think it’s still big enough. There are flagships with a smaller sensor. I hope Motorola doesn’t ruin the sensor with their software.

It would be great to see Samsung implement great HDR on the sensor. If it can also be used for seemingly lossless zoom, that would be great too.

“The X30 Pro’s sensor size matches Samsung’s 200MP ISOCELL HP1”

Yes, that’s very likely the Moto Frontier.
