They say tough times bring people closer, and Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker appeared more in love than ever nearly two weeks after the rocker faced a horrific health hazard.
The newlyweds, who tied the knot in a lavish Italian wedding ceremony in May, couldn’t help but pack the PDA on Sunday as they stepped out to grab cold drinks in Malibu.

Photos circulated showing Travis on the stretcher in an all-black outfit, the hood of his sweatshirt pulled over his head, with his prominent tattoos on his right hand raised in the air as he was wheeled to the hospital by emergency workers.
Kourtney, who was walking alongside her husband, was also dressed all in black and had her hood pulled over her hair, shielding her face from the public.
Barker also cryptically tweeted, “God bless me,” at 10:45am PST early this morning, sparking major concern among fans before his condition became known.
He later took to social media days later to reveal that he had developed a severe case of pancreatitis apparently caused by an endoscopy he underwent a week earlier.
‘AAfter dinner I got excruciating pain and have been in the hospital ever since,” he wrote in an Instagram post.
“During the endoscopy I had a very small polyp removed in a very sensitive location that would normally be treated by specialists and unfortunately damaged a critical pancreatic drainage tube. This resulted in severe, life-threatening pancreatitis.”
In conclusion, he shared how “very, very grateful” he was that he was “doing much better” after the “intensive treatment”.

The pair were later seen walking hand in hand back to their new orange Chevy CST pickup before taking off
Travis later addressed the health scare in an Insta story, revealing that his pancreatitis was triggered by a polyp removal “in a very sensitive area” during an endoscopy
Kourtney released her own statement, adding, “I am so grateful to our specialists, doctors and nurses at Cedars Sinai for taking such wonderful care of my husband and I during our stay.”
In her own social media statement, Kourtney wrote, “Oh what a scary and emotional week it’s been. Our health is everything and sometimes we take for granted how quickly it can change. Travis and I went for a routine endoscopy together and he ended up with severe, life-threatening pancreatitis.
She continued: “I am so thankful to God for healing my husband, for all your prayers for him and for us, for the overwhelming outpouring of love and support. I am so touched and grateful.
“I am so grateful to our specialists, doctors and nurses at Cedars Sinai for taking such wonderful care of my husband and I during our stay.”
In a follow-up post, she wrote, “It’s crazy how sometimes words can never really express the gratitude or feelings I have inside.”
