KDDI Corp., one of Japan’s top three wireless carriers, said Monday that a nationwide disruption in its network related to data communications at 7 a.m. was mostly resolved.
The company completed restoration work on Sunday evening but has restricted traffic until it confirms it can fully resume operations. Traffic for phone calls remains restricted.
