Dundee United have confirmed the signing of striker Steven Fletcher and will also sign midfielder Dylan Levitt on a permanent basis.
Former Scotland striker Fletcher, 35, who last played with Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership in 2009, has signed a two-year deal after being sacked by Stoke City at the end of last season.
Levitt, 21, who thrived on loan to Manchester United’s Tannadice last season, is also ready to sign a two-year deal.
Fletcher, who has 33 caps for Scotland, was recently named head coach Jack Ross’ first summer signing, while Wales international Levitt will become his second.
“To bring a player [Fletcher’s] Experience will be a huge asset both on and off the pitch,” said Ross. “The level of quality he has shown throughout his career makes him a really exciting addition.”
